The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for lane closures on north- and southbound State Route 89 between Rancho El Oso Road (milepost 285) to south of South Mina Road (milepost 276) in Yarnell for pavement repair.
Crack-seal work is scheduled to occur daily from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Dec. 11, through Friday, Dec. 14.
- SR 89 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction with partial closures while work is underway.
- Flaggers and a pilot-car operation will be in place directing traffic through the work zone.
- The speed limit will be reduced from 45 mph to 35 mph.
Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment. |
